Pemberdayaan Komunitas Ustad dan Ustadzah TPQ Fathurrahman Berbasis Olahan Tahu Goreng di Desa Sumberpakem Kecamatan Sukowono Kabupaten Jember

Penelitian pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan komunitas ustad dan ustadzah TPQ Fathurrahman di Desa Sumberpakem, Kecamatan Sukowono, melalui pengembangan potensi lokal berbasis aset yang tersedia di lingkungan masyarakat. Salah satu aset unggulan yang dimiliki komunitas tersebut adalah ketersediaan tahu goreng sebagai produk khas yang berasal dari sentra industri tahu di sekitar lokasi TPQ. Namun, produk tersebut belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal untuk menghasilkan nilai ekonomi yang lebih tinggi. Kegiatan pemberdayaan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) yang berfokus pada identifikasi, pemanfaatan, dan pengembangan aset lokal yang dimiliki masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan tahu goreng menjadi produk tahu crispy mampu meningkatkan nilai tambah produk baik dari aspek kualitas maupun nilai jual. Jika sebelumnya satu bungkus tahu goreng dijual dengan harga Rp5.000, setelah dilakukan inovasi pengolahan, produk dapat dikemas menjadi empat bungkus tahu crispy dengan harga Rp3.000 per bungkus sehingga menghasilkan total nilai penjualan sebesar Rp12.000. Selain meningkatkan nilai ekonomi produk, program ini juga mendorong tumbuhnya kemandirian ekonomi, kreativitas, serta kapasitas kewirausahaan komunitas ustad dan ustadzah TPQ Fathurrahman. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ABCD efektif dalam mengoptimalkan potensi aset lokal sebagai strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat yang berkelanjutan.

The disruption era has transformed the educational and employment sectors through technological advancement, digitalization, and artificial intelligence. Islamic boarding schools are challenged to prepare students who are not only competent in religious sciences but also capable of competing in modern professions. This community service program aimed to strengthen the growth mindset of santri through the integration of Tafaqquh Fiddin values at Pondok Pesantren Roudlatul Ulum. The program employed the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach using the 5-D cycle consisting of Define, Discovery, Dream, Design, and Deliver. Participants involved 500 individuals comprising senior santri, alumni, parents, and pesantren administrators. The results demonstrated significant improvement in participants' understanding of growth mindset, self-confidence, career readiness, entrepreneurial orientation, and resilience. The integration of Growth Mindset and Tafaqquh Fiddin successfully reconstructed santri perspectives regarding professional careers as a form of worship and lifelong learning. This program contributed to strengthening human resource quality in Islamic boarding schools and developed adaptive professional attitudes grounded in Islamic values

Creative economy empowerment based on local products has become an effective strategy for improving household welfare, particularly among housewives who face limited market access, digital literacy, and marketing skills. The utilization of social media offers new opportunities to expand market reach while enhancing the competitiveness of local products. This community service program aimed to strengthen the capacity of housewives in developing local product-based creative businesses through the effective use of social media in Bumi Mangli Housing Estate, Jember. The program employed the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, consisting of five stages: Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, and Destiny. This approach emphasizes identifying and optimizing community assets as the primary foundation for sustainable empowerment. The activities included training, mentoring, and hands-on practice in digital marketing using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business. The findings indicate significant improvements in participants' digital literacy, product marketing skills, business management capabilities, and effective utilization of social media as a promotional platform. Furthermore, the program enhanced participants' economic independence, self-confidence, social networks, and the availability of supporting facilities for business development. It also expanded the market reach of local products and encouraged the establishment of sustainable home-based businesses. Overall, the program demonstrates that empowering housewives through local product-based creative economy initiatives supported by social media is effective in strengthening human resource capacity, improving household economic resilience, and promoting sustainable community empowerment based on local potential.

This community service program aimed to enhance students' entrepreneurial knowledge and skills through business plan mentoring at Bukit Islamiah Madrasah, Narathiwat, Southern Thailand. The program was initiated in response to students' limited understanding of systematic business planning despite the madrasah's considerable potential to develop entrepreneurship-based educational activities. The program employed the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, emphasizing the active involvement of participants throughout the stages of needs assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The activities included socialization of business plan concepts, mentoring in business plan preparation, training in culinary product development, and product marketing practices through a weekly bazaar. The results demonstrated that the program improved students' understanding of business planning, business opportunity analysis, marketing strategies, and basic product management. Furthermore, the mentoring activities fostered entrepreneurial mindsets, creativity, self-confidence, and independence through participatory and contextual learning experiences. Overall, the business plan mentoring program contributed positively to strengthening students' entrepreneurial capacities and served as an alternative model for economic empowerment within a pesantren-based madrasah. The sustainability of this program is expected to be supported through continuous collaboration among the school, teachers, and the local community in developing student-managed productive business units.

The limited continuity of religious guidance programs within the community has hindered the strengthening of religious awareness among Muslim families. This condition was identified in Jadukan Tendas Hamlet, Mojosari Village, Puger District, Jember Regency, where religious learning activities had declined following the reduction of regular Islamic study sessions that previously served as a medium for community religious development. This community service program aimed to assist and empower Muslim families in strengthening religious awareness through the management of Arbain Nawawi study sessions. The program employed the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, consisting of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection, involving lecturers, university students, religious leaders, mosque administrators, and community members as active partners. The activities included community needs assessment, planning and managing the Arbain Nawawi study program, conducting regular study sessions, mentoring religious practices within families, and implementing participatory evaluation. The results demonstrated that the program enhanced participants' understanding of Islamic teachings, strengthened their religious practices, reinforced mothers' roles as primary religious educators within the family, and fostered positive religious attitudes and behaviors among children. Furthermore, community participation in religious activities increased, and a more systematic management system for the study sessions was successfully established through collaboration between the university, religious leaders, and the local community.
