Abstract

The disruption era has transformed the educational and employment sectors through technological advancement, digitalization, and artificial intelligence. Islamic boarding schools are challenged to prepare students who are not only competent in religious sciences but also capable of competing in modern professions. This community service program aimed to strengthen the growth mindset of santri through the integration of Tafaqquh Fiddin values at Pondok Pesantren Roudlatul Ulum. The program employed the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach using the 5-D cycle consisting of Define, Discovery, Dream, Design, and Deliver. Participants involved 500 individuals comprising senior santri, alumni, parents, and pesantren administrators. The results demonstrated significant improvement in participants' understanding of growth mindset, self-confidence, career readiness, entrepreneurial orientation, and resilience. The integration of Growth Mindset and Tafaqquh Fiddin successfully reconstructed santri perspectives regarding professional careers as a form of worship and lifelong learning. This program contributed to strengthening human resource quality in Islamic boarding schools and developed adaptive professional attitudes grounded in Islamic values
