This community service program aimed to enhance students' entrepreneurial knowledge and skills through business plan mentoring at Bukit Islamiah Madrasah, Narathiwat, Southern Thailand. The program was initiated in response to students' limited understanding of systematic business planning despite the madrasah's considerable potential to develop entrepreneurship-based educational activities. The program employed the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, emphasizing the active involvement of participants throughout the stages of needs assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The activities included socialization of business plan concepts, mentoring in business plan preparation, training in culinary product development, and product marketing practices through a weekly bazaar. The results demonstrated that the program improved students' understanding of business planning, business opportunity analysis, marketing strategies, and basic product management. Furthermore, the mentoring activities fostered entrepreneurial mindsets, creativity, self-confidence, and independence through participatory and contextual learning experiences. Overall, the business plan mentoring program contributed positively to strengthening students' entrepreneurial capacities and served as an alternative model for economic empowerment within a pesantren-based madrasah. The sustainability of this program is expected to be supported through continuous collaboration among the school, teachers, and the local community in developing student-managed productive business units.Downloads
